On your computer, locate the folder which contains all your NetBeans projects. This folder, by default, will be located in your Documents folder with the name, NetBeansProjects.
Step 2: Identify your mobile application
Within the NetBeansProjects folder, you will find all the projects that you've developed using NetBeans. Search through this folder and locate your Mobile Application's folder (this by default, bears the name you gave to your mobile application).
Step 3: Locate the Distribution folder
Within your Mobile Application's folder, you will find the distribution folder which bears the name, dist (as shown in the figure below).

Step 4: Connect your smart phone to your computer
Via bluetooth or a USB cable, connect your smart phone to your personal computer on which the Mobile Application folder resides.
Step 5: Copy the dist folder onto your smart phone
Locate and copy/transfer the dist folder onto your smart phone via the USB cable or bluetooth (or any transmission medium).
Step 6: Detach your smart phone from your pc
Remove or disconnect your smart phone from the pc when your dist folder transfer to your smart phone is successful.
Step 7: Locate the .jar file on your smart phone
Within the dist folder on your smart phone, locate your mobile application with the extension, .jar or .jad (a supporting file).
Step 8: Install your mobile application
Double-click on your .jar file to run the mobile application on your smart phone.
Step 9: Run your mobile application
Locate and run your mobile application. Usually, you will find the executable file within your Downloads folder.
